Learning color theory does not have to be hard. We approach it over time and different courses allowing us to learn…. one painting at a time. This course is appropriate for beginners and all levels interested in learning the fundamentals of color theory and watercolor painting. Throughout the course an experienced instructor will guide students step-by-step through the painting process as they create four beautiful landscape paintings each depicting one of the seasons of the year. This workshop takes place once every week for twelve weeks. Each session is approximately 3 hours long but may take longer if needed. This is a total of 36 hours of instruction over the course of the workshop. We highly recommend attending all classes in the course as each class builds on the last.
