Here is the long-awaited HASA VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT. This year, we will be hosting Men’s at Madtown. Teams will be capped at 30 teams. Read below for details! Failure to fill out form will result in the player not being able to participate* ⭐️Team Sign-up Form: https://forms.gle/7W1F11e9CCBqcmp78 *Teams are considered fully registered only after BOTH the registration fee and security deposit are paid. Registration is first-come, first served* 💸PAYMENT: Payment - Venmo: @tonykmlor *Include the team name and the team captain’s full name *For alternative payment methods, please message the HASA account for assistance -Instagram: @hasa.uw or @tonykmlor SECURITY DEPOSIT GUIDELINES: 👉🏼Each team will have an assigned bleacher to sit at ‼️Security deposit of $50 THROUGH VENMO will be refunded at the end of the tourney unless: - ‼️Any trash found (even a water bottle, clothes, etc) in your area will result in AUTOMATICALLY taking away the security deposit from your team. EVEN IF IT IS JUST ONE WATER BOTTLE. A NAPKIN, OR CLOTHING. HASA is not your janitor and we will not tolerate people leaving their trash. - ‼️If you get caught drinking on the premises (inside the facility AND in the parking lot), it will result in AUTOMATICALLY taking away the security deposit from your team. After a first offense, your team WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, and any drinking/smoking offenses after will result in your team being removed from the premises. HASA would like to keep our tournament a safe environment and respect facility policies. ⭐️Last person from the team to leave must send a photo of area to HASA, Emily, Caleb, or Athena before leaving to ensure the security deposit can be returned VENUE RULES ❌ NO ALCOHOL or SMOKING on the premise❗ ✔️ Outside food and drinks are allowed ‼️ Please be respectful of the venue, and DO NOT disturb the other courts that are not a part of the tournament. ‼️Unused courts are meant for vacancy because of contracts. If members that are playing in the tournament are found using blocked off and unused courts, SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY‼️ ‼️Members that are not on a team, will be kindly asked to leave. The use of these courts that HASA did not rent out is a breach of contract that we will be charged for. Please be respectful of the venue. OTHER: 🧾 There will be NO REFUNDS for teams that CANCEL AFTER THE MONDAY OF THE TOURNAMENT OR ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather or any other circumstances, REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO TEAMS WHO HAVE PAID.
