- **Event Description**: Having ridden for 40 yrs, and worked in the NHS for 20 yrs as a Health Psychologist and most recently Mental Health Team Lead, Hannah's work has developed into an approach uniquely placed to further progress the rider's ambitions. This is done by coaching a deeper cognitive understanding of both the individual and the human/ equine partnership.

The seminar aims to explore Rider Fear:

1). It's links to competence v confidence

2). Anxiety

And

3). The root of Fear itself and how this is unique in its parallels to horse's Psychology

These aspects will be explored in an open forum style, asking for examples from the audience, and using those to form on the spot demos of Hannah's approach in action. Most importantly the Demo will explain how the use of NLP coaching, within equestrian sport, is such a successful tool.

The seminar will conclude with a Q and A session from the audience.
