NEW THIS MONTH: EARLY BOOK DROP-OFF! ✨

Tiny Bird Books will open at 1:00 PM, and we’ll begin accepting your swap books right away! 

📚 Book Drop-Off + Check-In: 1:00–2:30 PM
🎟️ Back Alley Book Swap Begins: 2:45 PM
🛍️ Tiny Bird Books Open Until: 4:00 PM

Here’s the fun part: you don’t have to stick around after you check in!

Drop off your books, grab your swap tickets and then make an afternoon of it in downtown Versailles. Go grab lunch, get a coffee, shop around town, take a walk through the park or just enjoy a little Sunday wandering ☕️🛍️🌳

Just make sure you’re back and ready to swap by 2:45 PM!

Want to stay and browse Tiny Bird while you wait? You’re absolutely welcome to! We just ask that everyone be courteous and leave plenty of room for those arriving to check in their books between 1:00 and 2:30.

NEW TO THE BACK ALLEY BOOK SWAP? HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

📖 Bring 1–5 pre-loved FICTION books to swap.

🎟️ You’ll receive one swap ticket for each book we accept.

📚 When the swap begins, you can choose one book for each ticket you have.

❤️ Books should be in good used condition with no stains, tears, mold, bugs, strong smells, or missing pages.

✨ We love seeing contemporary titles in the swap and ask that you please do not bring mass-market paperbacks.

❗️ Tiny Bird Books reserves the right to decline books that don’t meet swap guidelines. Keeping the quality of the swap high makes it more fun for everyone!

🛍️ Don’t find enough books you want to take home? Unused swap tickets can be redeemed for 15% off a new book at Tiny Bird Books that same day! Tickets do not carry over to future swaps.

Our Back Alley Book Swap has grown into something WAY bigger than we ever imagined, and we’re hoping this new check-in window gives everyone a little more breathing room while keeping all the fun of swap day intact 🥹📚
