To Black Soil KY, Food is Medicine is defined by local farmers driving supply and demand to hard to reach communities with seasonal produce, local meats and value added goods through mobile markets, health interventions by trained professionals who together, reduce food insecurity and increase equitable access to Eat Local Year 'Round.
