Navigating autobiographical stories for yourself or your family? You’ll receive thoughtful guidance, writing prompts, and activities designed to stretch your imagination.

This two-day winter retreat-style workshop will also offer optional yoga stretches and mini-meditations woven throughout, honoring that writing engages the whole body. If what you’re craving is an escape, sometimes the clearest path is putting pen to paper.

Please bring 1 empty notebook and 2 fast writing pens.
Please bring a water bottle, and personal snacks.
Dress for comfort and light movement.
Option to join the cohort for lunch or dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Some snacks will be provided on site.
