- **Event Description**: For anyone who is going through it, or coming out of it, who’s struggling, who has advice, who just wants to hear how other women are managing or is curious what the future might hold for them, you’re invited to my Menopause Cafe!

I first heard about Menopause Cafes over 5 years ago, and was lucky enough to attend one then. It’s an idea started by some smart women in England who built a website and some graphics around the idea. You invite a group of women to get together in person to chat about what they’re going through. And you drink wine or tea or something stronger, and eat cheese (my contribution). 

And then, of course, there’s the brilliant and funny We Do Not Care Club that blew up this year on Instagram, that made me want to connect with other women even more.

So, please come chat and drink wine and eat cheese with me and share what you’re experiencing with perimenopause or menopause, what you’re taking, what you’re doing, how you are doing, and what resources are you turning to! RSVPs are appreciated but please invite/bring any friends who are interested.

I’ll supply snacks. Wine, cocktails, NA drinks, tea and coffee are available for purchase. 

This is what I hope is the first of many Menopause Cafe gatherings. And I think it would be great to hold these in different locations to make it more accessible (I know Paoli is a little remote), so if you’re interested in hosting please let me know!
