A Waves level class is the foundation of the 5Rhythms movement practice. It is the root from which our entire body of work grows from.Using the map of the 5Rhythms®: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we will explore our inner landscape through self inquiry and fun exercises designed to help each dancer live their fullest life!TO JOIN OUR MONTHLY WAVES CLASS:Investment: We offer a tiered pricing structure to help accommodate different financial situations while promoting accessibility for all participants. If you still need assistance in order to attend, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sayrah to discuss other options.
