Owner, Winemaker, and Sommelier, Tony Parnigoni leads this class and tasting featuring wines from South Africa. We will also be joined by Assistant Winemaker, Kathy Folk, who is recently back from this region visiting wineries. What makes this area so famous for Chenin Blanc? Why is the value proposition for most wines so excellent? We will also discuss how to understand a South African wine label and, If traveling, where to stay and visit wineries.
