This introductory class is designed for curious students wanting to step into an approachable practice of yoga. 

Together we will explore foundational poses (asana) and basic breathing techniques (pranayama). 

We will move at a slower rate than a typical vinyasa flow so that students can practice safely at their own pace. 

You will develop better body and breath awareness over the duration of class. 

Modifications will be offered if and when available. 

All levels welcome and all bodies accepted here. 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle.
