Springtime Flow Yoga with Jenny

Description: for the 5 Sundays in March, Jenny will be offering an earlier Yoga practice that is designed to be a great addition to the 10:30 yoga practice.

9:15-10:15 Springtime Flow will start with a gentle vinyasa practice starting slowly with attention to each movement & good form. Modifications will be given. All levels including beginners are welcome. We will end with a 15-minute guided meditation. This practice is for those that are curious about vinyasa & meditation. $10 per person or both classes for $15.

10:30-11:30 Illuminations Yoga with Jenny will remain with the theme of aligning our movements with the cosmos. We start learning about the important energetic themes so we can move in harmony. This gentle yoga practice lights your way with ease & joy. $10 per person or both classes for $15
