Sound Bath with Micaela

Join Micaela Deegan and step into a moment where the outside world softens, inviting your whole system into calm presence. You’ll be gently held in soothing soundscapes designed to restore balance to the mind, body, and nervous system.

Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow(s), eye mask and anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease.
