As the seasons shift, Ayurveda invites us to shift with them. Rather than resisting the changes around us, this ancient sister science of yoga teaches us to recognize the qualities of each season and make intentional choices that support balance, vitality, and well-being.
 
 Stephanie will introduce the foundational principles of Ayurveda and explore how they can be applied to both your personal practice and everyday life. With autumn as our guide, we’ll look at the qualities of the season, how they can influence the body and mind, and simple ways to create greater balance through food, movement, daily rituals, and self-care.

You’ll explore the basics of the Ayurvedic doshas and individual constitution, the relationship between seasonal changes and our own tendencies toward imbalance, and how yoga and Ayurveda work together as complementary practices. We’ll also explore gentle, grounding yoga practices and nourishing autumn rituals designed to help you transition into the season with greater awareness and intention.

This course is an invitation to move beyond habits and cultivate beautiful and supportive rituals that connect us more deeply to ourselves and to the natural rhythms around us.

Recipes and a seasonal autumn tea will be provided. 

3 Hours of CE for teachers registered through Yoga Alliance. Early Bird pricing is $75; the last day for early bird pricing is 8/30. The regular price will be $100 thereafter.
