Life Story Writing

Have an interesting life? Learn story writing techniques, explore your personal narratives and create a written legacy for yourself and future generations. By the end of the class, participants will:
· Gain a deeper understanding of personal storytelling and its psychological benefits
· Learn about a structured technique to organize and write life stories and develop confidence in their writing through guided exercises and peer sharing
· Create a personal narrative that can be shared with family, friends, or a broader audience. Registration is not required.
