Grounded in Creation: Yoga & Clay

Join us for a grounding and creative experience blending gentle movement and hands-on art. This event begins with a yoga flow focused on the sacral chakra, inviting fluid movement, breath awareness, and a calming meditation centered on earthing. Earthing is the practice of making direct physical contact with the Earth to support balance and reduce stress.

Following yoga, enjoy a guided clay project led by Lucie Burke, certified art instructor and yoga teacher. Breath will continue to guide the creative process as you mold clay into a simple, beginner-friendly piece designed to encourage ease and self-expression.

All clay, tools, and instruction are provided. Finished pieces will be bisque-fired and dipped by Lucie in one of three gloss glazes of your choice. Students will be notified when their artwork is ready for pickup at the studio before the first day of Spring.
