Calling all dancers who want to reach their greatest potential this year! Similar to our regular Injury Prevention programs, dancers will learn healthy conditioning and injury risk reduction practices that can carry them through their entire year of dance. It is highly recommended that dancers of all backgrounds join us for this excellent workshop.
Ages 10-adult - Wednesday, July 30th 1:00-2:30 PM $10/person
