Birding Big Sit

We are partnering with professional birder, David Simpson, to execute a Birding Big Sit!

What's a Birding Big Sit??

David will observe birds from within a 17ft circle from 7am to 12pm at the Hallstrom Conservation Area. The idea is to see how many different types of birds we see even in such a small space. 🐦🦃🦉🦅🦆

Participants will engage by pledging
$.25 cents for each different type of bird he sees. Say he sees 20 species, you're pledging $5 😊 you can even feel free to stop by & see us!

All proceeds will benefit restoration work at our Historic Hallstrom Farmstead Museum's Carriage House! 🐎 We are a non profit 501.(c)(3) and are deeply appreciative of all donations.
