Turn AI into a content machine. In 1.5 hours, you will build a 30-day plan, generate captions in ChatGPT, export a clean CSV, and push 15–30 posts into Canva Bulk Create. We finish with an automation teaser to drop assets into a scheduling queue.
**You will leave with:**
* A 30-day content plan built on the 3×3 Content Matrix
* A filled Canva Bulk Create CSV ready to upload
* 15–30 rendered posts in square and 9:16, with captions and hashtags
* A prompt pack for brand voice, seasonal offers, and real-estate micro-niches
* Optional mini-flow: Sheet → Canva → Drive or Dropbox → scheduling queue
**Agenda (1.5 hours):**
* Framework (10m): 3×3 Content Matrix for Awareness, Trust, and Offer across Short, Visual, and Story.
* Prompts (20m): brand voice, offer hooks, CTA variants, and compliance guardrails with a real-estate twist.
