This past year has asked a lot of many of us. The Winter Restoration Retreat is a trauma informed space created for those who are deeply tired and longing for rest that feels safe, supportive, and unhurried.
This is not about fixing yourself or pushing through.
It’s about slowing down, laying things down, and belonging.

✨ What to Expect
• Gentle, trauma informed yoga (all levels welcome)
• Nervous system support & deep rest
• Time for reflection and quiet integration
• A supportive, nonjudgmental community space
• Lunch included ,nourishing and shared with care

All movement is optional. Chairs and modifications are available.
