Strides & Vibes Social Run Club

Join our physiotherapist, Amanda Vallance, every Wednesday for “Strides and Vibes” – a FREE 5 KM social run designed for all levels. Whether you're new to running or looking to challenge yourself with a faster pace, this group is for you! This run is all about having fun, feeling good and meeting new friends, so lace up and let's make some strides together!
