Join us for a remarkable evening in partnership with 50th Parallel Estate Winery on Saturday, December 6th — an exclusive four-course dining experience crafted by our PeakFine culinary team, complete with a palate cleanser before the main course and expertly paired wines from 50th Parallel’s award-winning collection.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the chance to meet the winemaker, head sommelier, and owners of 50th Parallel Estate as they share their insights into the art of pairing and the stories behind each vintage. The ambiance will be elevated by live piano music throughout the event, creating an elegant and memorable dining experience in Sparkling Hill’s Fireside Lounge.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles of 50th Parallel wine to take home!
We are pleased to offer Gluten-Free (GF) and Vegetarian (V) options for the main course and dessert, as noted on the event menu.
