The Downtown Vernon Association is kicking off the holiday season, with our second annual magical event called FROSTIVAL!
For those that missed our inaugural event last year, we will be posting photos of that magical night here (in the discussions section).experience the magic of the holidays with Frostival. A sparkling street festival, that will be jam-packed with lights, free music, vendors, holiday characters, food trucks, decor, photo op areas and festive activities for the entire family! Plus, a few extra surprises. Buildings and the streets of our 4 block event on 30th Ave., will be lit up between (30th Street – 34th Street). From the Kal to Scattered Goods. Shop local and check items off your Christmas list early, from any businesses and services.
These roads will be closed early for set up, yet we did receive a FREE PARKING DAY from the City. So, all parking meters will also FREE all day.
Each block will have vendors, food trucks, music, activities, entertainers and so much more. There will be numerous areas for photo ops, to get your family Christmas cards done.
We were told that a jolly old fella, was going to make a grand entrance that night (and will be available for sELFies). The 3400 block will host a main stage, for our party bands. Businesses are decking their halls with amazing items to help you stuff your stockings and fill your bellies. Dress for the weather, bring your family (and pets) and let's kick off the holiday season together.

Frostival will take place on THURSDAY Nov. 27th, just before we kick off our 'Christmas Saturdays'! Where there will be free sELFie's with Santa, carolers, elves, free parking, music and of course the best shopping in town (Nov. 29, Dec. 6, 13 & 20).
Plus, many of our businesses will be hosting ‘Shop Late ‘Til 8’, Thursdays in Dec.
