The Memory Tree — Remembering with Love this Holiday Season

The holiday season can be a time of both joy and deep reflection. For many, it brings tender memories of loved ones who are no longer with us. At North Okanagan Hospice Society, we understand that grief and love often walk hand in hand, and that remembering is an important part of healing.

Our Memory Tree is a place of connection, comfort, and remembrance. We invite you to take part by dedicating a beautiful acrylic butterfly ornament in memory of someone special. Write their name on your butterfly and place it on our tree, or take it home as a gentle reminder that love lives on.

Each butterfly represents a story, a life, and a bond that endures beyond the holidays. As our tree fills with shimmering butterflies, it becomes a symbol of our shared love and community, a reminder that we are never alone in our grief.
