Drummin' & Dreamin' - Community Drum Circle + Yoga Nidra

Join us at Perceptions for a community drum circle for any and all ages and ability levels (no experience required - we have the drums) followed by a yoga nidra. It's a great way to have fun, promote body and brain health, and de-stress. Come to ONE or BOTH activities. All are welcome - no signups, just show up!
