A Noble Journey: 21 Days Of Wellness

A 21 day wellness journey designed to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the practices that ground you. You will choose a tier to determine your level of commitment, move at your own pace, and explore simple acts of wellness to support you on and off the mat. Includes an intention setting call, a Noble Journey workbook, and a ticket to our special two hour gathering to close out the journey! Non-Members receive a one month unlimited pass starting January 11th. Members receive an automatic discount of $100 off as well as a limited edition tote bag.
