Join us on 🗓️April 25th for a special day of movement and meditation dedicated to Gina. After 15 years of using yoga as her tool to navigate a spinal injury from a fall at Remember the Maine, Gina has reached the point where surgery is the next step on her healing path. 
 
We are coming together to raise funds for her medical journey with a curated lineup of healing practices. Come for one session, or stay for the whole morning.

The Lineup:
09:30am: Sound Bath and Journaling with Ivory, Katie & Hanna
11:15am: Kundalini Yoga with Heather 
12:30pm: Nidra meditation with Quayle
Downstairs: Kids Yoga with Dusty (limit of 5 kids, please register in advance)
Nourishment: Snacks will be provided

Cost: Adult: $45 Kids: $15
All proceeds go directly to Gina’s surgery and recovery fund.
