Training for a race this spring? Working on Couch to 5k? Just love yoga? All are welcome to this 4 week series with runner and yoga teacher Carrie Pratt.
Combining elements of both flow and Yin yoga, this series will focus on parts of the body that are typically challenging for runners - hips, hamstrings, feet and shoulders.
Help your body stay strong and injury resistant throughout your training program with this 4 week series.
