Dress in warm cozy layers as the night air settles in. Bring your mat or a beach towel, an old sheet or blanket to put underneath your mat. Don’t forget to grab your bug spray and water bottle. This all-levels class welcomes every body.

Full moon yoga is free and open to the community. Donations are always welcome and deeply appreciated.

Turn north on Coen Road at Sherod Park, take the first right and drive to the parking area at the end of this road.  We will walk from the parking area to the grassy area right behind the lake.
