Immerse yourself in nature on a guided hike & flow at Snake Mountain in Addison, VT. Eliza will lead a hike rooted in mindfulness and play up the mountain, and a mellow feel-good flow at the top. The hike itself is just over 4 miles long roundtrip, with a steady and slight incline to the top with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. 
It is recommended to bring layers, snacks, at least 1L of water, and something comfortable to practice on. 
All levels of hikers and yoga practitioners are welcome!
