Beneath the stress, tension, trauma, conditioning, and expectations of life is your authentic self. This workshop is an invitation to create safety within the body, allowing what has been held physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically to gently soften and release.

What to expect: 
We begin with intentional fascia-based movement and breathwork designed to connect you with your body, organs, tissues, and nervous system. These gentle yet powerful practices help create space, regulate the nervous system, and increase the body's capacity to release tension and restore flow.

From there, we transition into a Somatic Energy Healing experience. As you rest comfortably on the mat, we work with the nervous system, somatic body, and energetic field to support the unwinding of stored stress, emotions, trauma, ancestral patterns, and limiting beliefs. Some participants may experience subtle movements such as wave-like motions, stretches, hip sways, or vocal expression as the body follows its own innate wisdom.
Reconnect, Release & Remember

This is more than a healing session. It is a journey of reconnecting to yourself—remembering your inner knowing, your resilience, your capacity for healing, and the wholeness that has always existed within you.

What to bring:  yoga mat, journal and pen, water . if desired for comfort: blanket, pillows, other items for comfort or enhance the experience. 

Please read:  For safety and appropriate support, individuals with the following conditions must contact the somatic energy practitioner at valeriemajornp@gmail.com prior to registering or participating in the workshop to determine if the experience is appropriate at this time:
Recent physical injuries, fractures or surgeries (in still recovery)
1st trimester of your pregnancy
Children under the age of 12 or over the age of 75.
Severe PTSD or mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
On heavy medications that alter the brain chemistry (antidepressants, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotics)
Seizure disorder or epilepsy
Cardiovascular problems, heart disease or heart conditions
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Severe Asthma
Hospitalizations for any psychiatric conditions, emotional crises or spiritual emergency within the last 3 years.
