- **Event Description**: Welcome in Clarity, Arrival & Renewal through Supportive Yoga and gentle, immersive Sound. Creating space for new beginnings as we approach the equinox. Join Mark (British Wheel of Yoga) & Mel in the beautiful setting of the Ventnor Botanic Gardens. 
You'll experience a wonderful Yoga practice followed by a nourishing Sound Bath with Symphonic Gong, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, & Chimes, closing with a gentle meditation.

Sound can work on both an Emotional and Physical level. Many participants ‘drift off’ & experience dreamlike states. Some also feel a ‘shifting’ of stuck Energy. Sound Therapy is wonderfully passive; no experience needed – all you need to do is turn up, get comfy and relax.

✅THE BENEFITS: Experiences include deep relaxation, energy shifts, tension release, mind calming, increased focus, improved sleep, visualisations/internal journeys.

Doors close promptly at start time. No Late Admissions.
