Hotel check-in and check-out
Hotel check-in starts at 12pm Friday and check-out is 11am Sunday (unless you have reserved a Thursday check-in or Monday check-out via POSH). You can show up earlier but you will be asked to keep your bags in the car until check in or you can leave your bags in the baggage storage room which will be tagged to you (storage space is limited). This also applies at check out on Sunday at 11am. We would love you to stay and party after check out, please put your bags in the car or grab a bag tag and leave in the storage room with all the other bags.
All Weekend Hotel Room Packages include:
Room/bed type in description; Friday check-in and Sunday check-out (*Thursday check-in available, Monday check-out available)
(2) GA Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday event tickets (can be upgraded to VIP via POSH. Additional tickets are available for purchase.)
Room check-in Friday August 1st at 12pm.
Room check-out Sunday August 3rd at 11am.
Music runs from 12pm Friday through 4pm Sunday.
Renegades & Room Parties
Renegade Row is the designated area for room parties and renegades. Security will be enforcing this policy 24 hours a day. Renegade row is activated at 12pm check-in time on Friday July 31st through 11am check-out time on Sunday August 2nd. Please refrain from renegades and room parties outside of these hours.

Friday 12pm - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 8pm
Sunday 9am - 4pm
Due to the amount of people attending we are asking each of you to please bring your own pool towel if possible. This will help the hotel a lot and stop some people using extra towels just because.
Don’t forget sunscreen!!! It will be nice and hot this weekend so make sure to bring all of your outdoor activity essentials and plan to stay hydrated. There will be water stations around and bottled water for sale at the bar.
Security
If you see something, say something. During the weekend there will be a 24-hour hotel staff, security and presence by event organizers. If you see something or someone that doesn’t look right please let us know. Your safety is our priority so let’s work together to keep everyone safe.
All entry must be done through the front door near the front desk. All other entry spots will be locked or guarded, please do not attempt unauthorized entry. You must wear your band until 4 p.m. on Sunday or you will be asked to leave or pay for a ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you intend to arrive on Thursday 7/30 or depart on Monday 8/2, please make sure you have added that option to your via POSH. If it is not added through POSH you will still need to check-in/out at 11am on Friday and/or 11am on Sunday and check back in at 4pm as you will have to move rooms.
Drug Policy
Essential Freaks, Gitterdone & Hotel Venezia maintain a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting illicit drug use and possession. Narcotic laws are strictly enforced and police officers will be working the event. Make the right choice.
