Learn how to blend in the stain with new colors and patterns so that you can start wearing all those favorite styles again! Or cover the stain or that unwanted logo with a gorgeous patch that changes the look.Keeping items in use and out of landfill is a key principle of the Circular Economy and being sustainable. ReDye and Patching are great ways to give a whole new look to old, boring or basic clothes and bring them back to life.What to expect:Arrive anytime between 9:30a and 4:30p. Your workshop will last about 30 minutes per garment.Bring in your own garment to redye or patch at no additional cost.Choose one of our secondhand garments (just $10ea) that are perfect to redye or add decorative patches - we have XS-2XL mens and women's clothes to choose from.See examples and receive complete instructions for how to ReDye your item onsite. Or select patches, cut to size, pin in place and we'll sew it on for you!Reveal your ReDye or patched garment and leave with instructions for how to wash and care for it at home.Type of dye we use:We use Rit Dye Proline for most of our garment ReDyes. This is because, we've found it offers the best and brightest colors for a wide variety of fiber blends and it meets our minimum standards for sustainability, including non-toxic and sewer/septic/home-use safe. It is also widely available for consumer purchase so is a great dye to learn how to use on your own!
