 This class is $20, cash or credit card. *The Monday night class package deal does not apply to this class. 

When you get to the studio come right on back to the garden- 3 little birds will show you the way. 
The class limit is 10 so I encourage you to show up a few minutes early to ensure your spot. 
In this class you will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout! 
It's best to wear form fitting natural fiber clothes, nothing too slippery or dangly. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and don't forget to bring hydration. 
Training hoops are provided. If you are interested in purchasing your own, I have hoops available and I can make your custom hoop request too.
