Over time, I’ve integrated holistic methods and ancient wisdom into my practice. Healing trauma is a central part of my work, and I’m especially drawn to the power of group and community healing. Anikó - Body-oriented psychotherapist I’ve always worked with people – first through their thoughts and stories, later through the wisdom of the body itself. Today I help others reconnect with their inner balance and ease through body awareness and gentle therapeutic presence. Practicalities: Date: 18th April 2026 (Friday), 15.00-18.30 Place: Den 6.
