Bill was a member of Bay City Morning Rotary Club for 16 years and involved in many group efforts, including acting as the Chair of Scholarships committee. 

Proceeds from this event will directly fund future scholarship efforts of the Bay City Morning Rotary Club. 

Annually, the club supports 8 scholarships local to Bay City, with Bill's leading, 2 of these are dedicated to students pursuing a career in the trades.
