Coolship event

Join us for a live coolship brew. You'll be able to experience this fun part of the brewing process as well as taste some of our previously spontaneously fermented beer!

This tradition way of cooling the liquid, by leaving it out over the cool nights in winter, allows for inoculation with ambient yeast found in the crisp Maine air!
