In this creative workshop, you’ll make two charming holiday pieces of your choice — from whimsical gnomes and textured trees to a serene nativity scene. Beth will guide you step-by-step through the handbuilding process using slabs of clay, simple tools, and your own creative flair. Choose your favorite two designs, then shape, texture, and personalize them to make one-of-a-kind holiday keepsakes. No experience is needed — just bring your imagination and holiday spirit! After class, Beth will carefully dry, kiln fire, glaze, and kiln fire your work again. Finished items will be ready for pickup just in time for your holiday celebrations! All materials, tools, instruction, one glaze color selection, and two kiln firings are included. Come make memories (and pottery) that will last a lifetime! Please Note: Pottery takes time to dry and fire properly. Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on drying time and humidity. We’ll notify you when it's ready! Important Information: Beginners welcome Dress to mess or bring an apron! Children age 14 and older may attend class independently. Children under age 14 may join this class if a responsible adult also registers to attend and participate with them. Registration allows for 1 person per class. Only those who have registered may participate. Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Class starts promptly, so be sure to arrive on time. At ARTworks Vass, you're always welcome to bring your own Nibbles and Sips to class. You will be notified when your project is ready to pick up. We will hold it for 90 days with monthly notifications by text or phone. If you haven't requested an extension or picked up your work within 90 days, your project will be disposed of at the gallery's discretion.
