Концерт-трибют с песните на Ленард Коен в симфоничен аранжимент

След абсолютния фурор на концерта през април 2024 г, австралийският музикант Стюарт Д‘Ариета (вокали и пиано) и неговият бенд  ще гостуват във Варна отново, на 2 юни 2026-та, за да поднесат в креативни аранжименти най-емоционалните песни на великия Ленард Коен – поет, композитор и изпълнител от музикалния авангард на 20 век.

Най-доброто от Ленард Коен е представено както не сте го чували досега. Публиката ще се наслади на сърцераздирателната „Suzanne”, емблематичната “Tower of song”, чувствената „I’m your man”, апокалиптичната “Future”, великата “Hallelujah”, лиричната „In my secret life” и още много от любимите парчета на иконичния творец.

Легендарният канадец покорява света с поезията в текстовете си, любовните си мелодии и дълбокия си баритонов глас. Роден в семейство на еврейски интелектуалци, Коен от ранна възраст се насочва към музиката и поезията, но и към теологията, която оставя отпечатък в цялото му творчество. То по особен начин обединява литература, митология и музика, за да се превърне в негов неповторим почерк. Освен с множество награди за различни албуми и постижения, през 2010-та, шест години преди смъртта му, Ленард Коен е удостоен и с Грами за цялостно творчество. Неговата “Hallelujah” се смята за една от най-влиятелните и най-изпълнявани песни в историята на музиката с над 300 кавър версии, направени от музиканти в цял свят. 

Стюарт Д‘Ариета има внушителна кариера като изпълнител, композитор и музикален директор с изяви от Ню Йорк до Токио. От три десетилетия той прави свой прочит на творбите на някои от най-великите музиканти на нашето време: Том Уейтс, Джон Ленън, Ранди Нюман. Концертът му „Моят Ленард Коен“ пътува на турнета във Великобритания, Германия и препълва Операта в Сидни в родната му Австралия.

After the absolute sensation of his concert in April 2024, Australian musician Stewart D'Arrietta (vocals and piano) and his band will visit Varna again on June 2, 2026. They return to present the most emotional songs of the great Leonard Cohen—poet, composer, and performer of the 20th-century musical avant-garde—in creative new arrangements.

The best of Leonard Cohen is presented as you have never heard it before. The audience will enjoy the heart-wrenching "Suzanne," the iconic "Tower of Song," the sensual "I'm Your Man," the apocalyptic "Future," the magnificent "Hallelujah," the lyrical "In My Secret Life," and many more favorite tracks by the iconic artist.
The legendary Canadian conquered the world with the poetry of his lyrics, his romantic melodies, and his deep baritone voice. Born into a family of Jewish intellectuals, Cohen turned to music and poetry at an early age, but also to theology, which left its mark on his entire body of work. His art uniquely combines literature, mythology, and music to create his distinctive signature style. In addition to numerous awards for various albums and achievements, in 2010—six years before his death—Leonard Cohen was honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. His "Hallelujah" is considered one of the most influential and most performed songs in music history, with over 300 cover versions recorded by musicians around the world.
Stewart D'Arrietta has an impressive career as a performer, composer, and musical director, with appearances ranging from New York to Tokyo. For three decades, he has offered his own interpretation of the works of some of the greatest musicians of our time, including Tom Waits, John Lennon, and Randy Newman. His concert "My Leonard Cohen" has toured the UK and Germany, and packed the Sydney Opera House in his native Australia.
