Moon of Winter Creative Retreat - with Lauren Aldred

Schedule:

11:00 - 11:30 ~ Opening circle

11:30 - 12:00 ~ Gathering branches outside

12:00 - 12:45 ~ Lunch

12:45 - 3:45 ~ Painting

3:45 - 4:30 ~ Closing circle ~ sharing of artwork

Create a simple scene of the moon and winter trees while spending time with friends, old and new. Please dress for the weather; we will begin by gathering branches outdoors. We will be painting, so please wear your paint clothes. All materials included.

Lunch, beverages, and snacks provided. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you register.

Please bring a box at least two feet square to take home your painting in (the paint will still be wet).

This retreat is made possible through a Northern Health Imagine Grant as part of the “Soup and Art” series. There is no cost to attend, although donations to Pope Mountain Arts are very welcome.

These retreats are always very popular. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
