Workshop Goals & Activities
Please join us for an informal community gathering to learn & understand the dark history of Canada & how in turn it impacted Indigenous people & the relationships we carry today
Explore ways of healing, loving, kinship and connection using the medicine wheel teachings & the four directions
Recognize unhealthy & healthy relationship patterns & acknowledge cycles that have been passed down through generations
Using some life skill lessons regarding healthy communication, boundaries, active listening & creating emotional+physical safety
To strengthen respect, reciprocity, culture values & teachings, protocols & traditional ceremonies to support and create healthy relationship!
