Join us for a Silent Retreat this January 16 to 18 at Song of the Morning
A Spiritual Living Retreat
“From the depths of silence, the geyser of God’s bliss shoots up unfailingly and flows over man’s being.” – Paramahansa Yogananda
Silently immerse yourself in the peaceful winter atmosphere of Song of the Morning Ranch, as you plan for a meaningful 2026.
Embrace the opportunity to practice body-nourishing Hatha Yoga, mind-stimulating, introspective goal setting, and soul-soothing meditation surrounded by 800 acres of snowy forest. Open the door of deep calmness that leads to success in everything.
Friday evening will offer an introduction to the benefits of silence, and suggestions and guidelines for how to embrace silence until the retreat closes on Sunday morning.
Each Hatha Yoga class (four in total) will be led in our signature Golden Lotus style which is gentle and meditative, suitable for all body types. The introspection practice is inspired by the practical and profound yogic teachings as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda – offering a deeply spiritual yet universal approach to reflecting and setting meaningful goals.
This retreat will support you in returning home centered and with clarity about what matters most to you in your year ahead.
