Grab your crew, grab your dog, grab whoever is ready to throwdown at our 13th annual Smash Fest 🤘🏻

Our team of 6 format returns and quite honestly, it’s hard to beat the old school tradition of this. As always, we will be running these events back to back and the teams can be any combination gender. 

We will have a mix of indoor/outdoor events (weather permitting) and it’s one of our last times we get to compete before we’re locked up for winter. 

We are capping each division to 6 teams and will be running massive 3 lane heats. This allows the programming to add certain things that are typically limited by space/equipment. 

We’ve been doing this for years, but as always, you can expect new twists and combinations throughout the programming. We will test each team on skill, strength, and teamwork, with our goal to find the best all around team that day.

Scaled division, we have adjusted the standards and loads a little bit and made them more in-line with the gap of skill we wanted. This division is for those who are in the transition of working skills and loads, but might not yet have all of them.

 ****The Scaled division is meant for SCALED athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx or Intermediate and Sandbagged the scaled division please. You won’t be invited back. 

***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
