She found Yin Yoga encouraged a more mindful and meditative approach to one’s inner experience. And thus, created a deeper foundation for experiencing the heart of the Yin Yogic teachings.Lucy began learning Yoga & Ayurveda from one of the oldest wisdom traditions in India in 1996. With a Master’s in Education, she’s led more than 60 Yoga teacher trainings and is a certified Yoga therapist. She loves sharing functional anatomy in all of her trainings, especially in Yin!
