Join our Workshop for Feelings of Stress, Anxiety and Overwhelm, where Kelsey Erin E-RYT 500 will offer strategies to help you rebalance and regulate these emotions when you’re feeling too much. This workshop will include:

- A practical tutorial on embodiment and how the somatics of yoga can help us regulate our feelings. How you can use this in a practical and experiential way, in each and every yoga practice.

- What the ancient yoga teachings shared about our soul’s path to peace. What have we forgotten? What is stress? Why do we suffer? How do we heal this?

- A 45 minute gentle, slow flow specifically designed with postures to calm the mind

- Breathwork techniques for relaxation

Kelsey Erin holds advanced certifications in Embodiment and the Somatics of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Trauma Informed training, Vinyasa Krama (the energetics of Yoga) as well as her Psych Informed YHC. Her specialized studies in these areas contributed to her development of this unique workshop, which she facilitates regularly throughout Canada every year, in studios and corporate spaces alike.

Please bring your Yoga mat to this workshop if you’d like. Mats and additional props will also be available for all participants.
