Kevin has used his first aid skills in various situations and has had a few close calls. His exposure to outdoor survival started in youth as a cub scout, and he finished all of Scouts Canada's programs offered to youth aged 7 to 21. He also has experience with hunting, using animal intelligence, and foraging for plants and fungi.Outside of the natural environment, Kevin makes sure that architectural components don't fall off of buildings as a specialty structural engineer, and he's a proud parent and an MBA student at Simon Fraser University.
