Through live demonstrations and hands-on work, you'll cover basic highlight and shadow techniques as well as corrective and beauty principles also applicable to character makeup. You'll try "out-of-kit" effects like cuts and scars, as well as facial hair applications. On the final day, you'll design and apply a tattoo and come away with photographs of your finished creations from the courses.Note: This five-day Summer Intensive requires students to use each other as models for the makeup applications during the week.Course Details:Dates: July 20 to July 24, 2026 (1 week)Location: In-person, 151 W Cordova St*Please note: You will be required on Day 1 at 8:30am to attend the welcome oritenation, after that your schedule will continue from 9am - 4pm (schedule provided a couple of weeks before start date)What you'll need:Pen and a notebook to take notesCamera or Phone with a camera to take photos of your workPrerequisites:Students are not required to have any previous training or experience.Applicants must be 16 years old at start of intensivesLanguage requirement: Intermediate-level English (minimum requirement of IELTS 6.0)
