In this gentle, soul-nourishing class, we blend the healing powers of art, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to create a space where your creativity can flourish and your body can exhale. Through color, movement, and intuitive expression, you’ll learn to tune into your inner landscape, calm your system, and reconnect with a sense of grounded ease.
Each session combines:
- Somatic grounding practices to regulate and restore balance
- Guided art experiences that invite flow, release, and play
- Gentle mindfulness and breathwork to soothe the mind
- Creative reflection to integrate insight and emotion
No artistic experience is required, just a curious heart and a willingness to explore. Come paint, breathe, and reconnect with the serenity within you.

🚗 Parking: Street parking near 13th and Mill Plain (some free, some paid). Please arrive early to find parking and get settled.
