At funerals, at festivals and wherever fire was needed to mark something sacred. At midsummer, when the sun reaches its peak and fire magic is at its most potent, there is no more fitting light to carry.You will dip and dress your own mullein torch in beeswax, learning the folklore and magical history of the plant as you work. We’ll cover solar and fire correspondences for Litha, how to layer intention into the dipping process and what herbs, resins and oils can be added to the wax for specific workings.
