An open, supportive space to move how you feel, release what you’re holding, and connect through rhythm. No right or wrong moves — just your body, your breath, and the music. 🎶
After dancing, slow down with a calming Sound Bath led by Sicily from One Earth Collective 🌲 — a time to rest, reflect, and let the sounds help you unwind and recharge.
We’ll end the evening in community with a Song Circle led by Keira & Joy from Heart Fire Rising ❤️🔥 Come as you are, sing together, and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and connected.
